Is the quoted price the final price?
Yes. BLVK uses flat-rate pricing — the number you see when you book is what you pay. Tolls on your direct route are included. No surge, no weather fees, no peak-hour multipliers.
Is gratuity included?
No. Gratuity is not included in any quoted rate. A 15–20% gratuity is standard for black car service and greatly appreciated by your chauffeur.
Do rates change on holidays or weekends?
No. BLVK charges the same flat rate on New Year's Eve as on a Tuesday in March. No holiday surcharges, ever.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your driver tracks your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts automatically — no calls needed, no rebooking fees.
Are there extra charges for multiple stops?
Stops beyond your original booking may incur an additional charge depending on distance and wait time. Inform us of any planned stops at booking so we can price accurately.
What is the wait time at airports?
BLVK provides 60 minutes of complimentary wait time for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, measured from actual landing time.
