Private aviation changes almost everything about how a ground pickup is arranged.
Tail numbers, not flight numbers
Private flights are tracked by tail number. A single airport can have several FBOs a considerable distance apart, so we need the FBO name as well. Without both, a chauffeur can be at the right airport and the wrong building.
Schedules move
Departure times shift with passengers, weather and slots. Rather than a fixed pickup minute, give dispatch a window. The chauffeur stages nearby and pulls up when the aircraft is on the ground.
The handover is quicker
There is no baggage hall and often no walk. Aircraft to car can be under two minutes, which is exactly why the car needs to be in position before the aircraft arrives rather than after.
Discretion is assumed
Chauffeurs working private aviation do not discuss passengers, destinations or schedules. If you need that in writing, ask for a non-disclosure agreement before the booking rather than at the kerb.
Vehicles
Luggage is often lighter than a commercial arrival but not always; charter groups bring equipment. Give us a bag count and we will send the right class rather than the default sedan.
